For this update, the monoclonal antibodies chapter has been updated with 59 new drugs, and monographs have been added for tenapanor and the chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies, axicabtagene ciloleucel, ciltacabtagene autoleucel, idecabtagene vicleucel, and tisagenlecleucel. In addition, the drug metabolism monograph has been reorganised and a new table of examples of possible drugs metabolised by, or affecting, UGTs has been included. In total there are 33 new monographs and 85 revised monographs in this update.

Stockley’s Drug Interactions update with new and revised monographs.
For this update of Stockley’s Drug Interactions there are 37 new monographs and there have been updates to 230 existing monographs. The following drugs have been added: abametapir, berotralstat, darolutamide, flibanserin, fosnetupitant, givosiran, the orexin receptor antagonists (daridorexant and lemborexant), vibegron, and voxelotor.”

Stockley’s Drug Interactions update with new and revised monographs.
For this update, we have updated the contraceptives monographs in light of the latest update to the UK Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare’s clinical guidance on drug interactions with hormonal contraception, and we have added new drugs, including COVID-19 vaccines and sotagliflozin. In addition, the tyrosine kinase inhibitor monographs have been extensively reorganised. There are 137 new monographs and 208 revised monographs in this update.

Stockley’s Drug Interactions update with new and revised monographs.
There are 45 new monographs and 35 revised monographs in this update, which includes the addition of brexanolone, bulevirtide, the calcitonin gene-related peptide antagonists (atogepant, rimegepant, and ubrogepant), nirmatrelvir boosted with ritonavir, racecadotril, and voclosporin.

This update contains 25 new monographs and 184 revised monographs. The chapter on contraceptives has been fully revised and updated, as has the section of antimetabolites. Several new drugs have been added, including fostemsavir and ponesimod.

For this update, several sections have been completely re-validated and updated, including those on clopidogrel and prasugrel, and on methylphenidate and related drugs. In addition, molnupiravir has been added. This update contains 20 new monographs, and 111 existing monographs have been updated.
